3 or 4 tomatoes cut into slices and set on ice to chill
3 lettuce leaves
vinegar
mayonnaise
fresh nasturtium flowers
Dip each slice into vinegar, lay on lettuce leaves. Drop a half teaspoonful of mayonnaise on each tomato slice and garnish with nasturtium flowers.

Thia sounds yummy and very colorful. I know that Nasturtiums are edible, but I have never tried them. I didn’t plant Nasturtiums this year, but I will next year for sure. I want to try this. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup.
