3 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cooked onions, strained or pureed
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan heat butter and flour together. Remove from heat and add milk. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the onions. Add eggs and mix together just until blended. Turn into a baking dish and stand dish in a pan of hot water. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
