1 can 19 oz. chickpeas, reserve liquid
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 to 3 cloves garlic
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, adding enough reserved liquid to mix. Serve with crackers, fried or toasted pita bread or flat bread.
